What makes you 'Open to the World?'
We're inviting people from every corner of the world to share their stories through short video submissions exploring what makes them feel connected—to their communities, to nature, to culture, to other people, and to something greater than themselves.
Whether it's a meaningful relationship, a place that inspires you, an act of service, a personal journey, or a life-changing experience, we want to hear your story.
This interview series celebrates the many ways people discover purpose, belonging, hope, and inspiration. By sharing these perspectives, we're building a global collection of stories that remind us that, despite our differences, we're all connected.
We're currently accepting video submissions from people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life.

Open to the World: "Creative Voices" (Creator Series)
Exploring creativity, purpose, and the stories behind the creations.
Creators have a unique way of seeing the world. Through art, music, photography, film, writing, design, food, fashion, entrepreneurship, and countless other forms of expression, they transform ideas into experiences that inspire, challenge, and connect us.
This interview series highlights creators from every discipline, exploring what fuels their creative process, where they find inspiration, and how their work helps them connect more deeply with themselves, their communities, and the world around them.
We're inviting artists, musicians, filmmakers, writers, designers, makers, chefs, entrepreneurs, and creators of every kind to submit videos sharing what makes them Open to the World. We want to hear about your journey, your purpose, your creative process, and the impact you hope your work has on others.
Together, these stories will celebrate creativity as a force for connection, compassion, innovation, and positive change.

How to Submit Your Video
Thank you for your interest in being part of the Open to the World community! We can't wait to hear your story.
To submit your video for consideration, please choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Email Your Submission
Send your video to opentotheworldus@gmail.com with the subject line:
- Stories of Connection Submission (for the community interview series)
- Creative Voices Submission (for the creator interview series)
Please include:
- Your name
- City, State/Province, and Country
- Your social media handles or website (optional)
- A brief introduction about yourself
- A short description of your story or creative work
Option 2: Submit Through Our Website
Visit our Contact Us page and upload your video using the Attachment feature. Include the same information listed above so we can learn more about you and your submission.
Video Guidelines
- Record your video in landscape or portrait orientation using your phone or camera.
- Aim for 2–5 minutes in length.
- Film in a quiet, well-lit location whenever possible.
- Speak authentically—there are no perfect answers. We simply want to hear your story.
By submitting your video, you grant Open to the World permission to review your submission and, if selected, share it across our website, social media platforms, and other promotional materials. If your story is selected, we may contact you for additional information before publication.
